The Lowrider: Moss (Reclaimed Warnock Hat Works)
This reclaimed hat is a beauty. The first thing you notice is the signature Lowrider crease. From the front you might think you’re looking at your average cattleman crease. Take a look from the side or back and you see exactly where this shape gets it’s name. This particular Lowrider is tricked out with a flat brim, slightly slanted upward to give it a little swagger. The hatband is made from a vintage horsehair belt and bandana accented beautifully with red and white wax thread. All-in-all this hat will catch looks and be noticed.
Fun fact about this hat. We found the original handwritten order on a piece of masking tape under the hat liner. It was a custom order made in 1983. The felt is still in superb shape and has held up wonderfully over the last 38 years. We’re hoping it finds a home and lives for another 38!
